Scrollers can be used for announcements or as a navigation tool. Instructors can find scrollers free on the internet or with higher quality coding for a fee. Instructors can put Announcements and News on their Mygateway site. Announcements end in 7 days as a default setting. News items that are posted in Mygateway sites persist during the entire semester. Files stored in staff websites on campus can be linked to from Mygateway. This provides instructors with online storage space. If students are struggling with access to CE 6 instructors can notify students using campus websites and or Mygateway sites regarding course updates.
